1. Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 12 / 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

b) Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel your order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment issues

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

Once your cancellation or return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items (if applicable)

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Gift cards

4. Damaged or Wrong Product
